ADMISSIONS

The program is appropriate for youths who require long-term placement in a community-based residential home. Referrals are evaluated individually with admission granted to individuals whose needs are compatible with the program's services. Consideration is given towards whether the applicant will at in with the current population.

 

 

Grace Haven accepts youth with:

. Learning disabilities/Emotionally Challenged
. Behavior/conduct disorder
. Poor academic performance
. Family-related needs
. Incarcerated parents
. Substance abuse parent (s)
. Court involvement
. Mild MR w/IQ 70 or above
. Youth with ongoing nursing services – taken on a case-by-case basis.

. Exclusions:Aggressive / Assault Behavior
. Homicidal Suicidal
. Current alcohol or drug use
. Sexual perpetrators
. Psychotic Fire Setting/Arson
